Had nice stay on a business trip. Exceptionally courteous and professional staff, offered us wake up calls and ironing. The room was beautifully decorated and stocked with cushions and a roll away bed for 3rd child and a sofa US$ 116. We loved wake-up service available. Convenient and magnificent location close to everything, all was good. We had lunch in Five Guys, placed close by.

Location: the hotel was near Albany where the weather was beautiful and the Albany Mall, close to a variety of dining options and shopping options and good stores and restaurants.

Food was great and I have nothing but very positive memories from this trip. Loved the room with a king bed, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The team provided an EXCELLENT service. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too.

The whole room was nicely decorated and brand-newwith cushions and sofa, as for instance. It was nice to have a microwave oven and a refrigerator available. The hotel had a central location very close to the mall.

The room we checked into was not cleaned properly; there was hair in the tub, urine on the toilet, and pet hair on the carpet. However, I'm glad I brought my own blanket and pillow, which made me feel slightly more comfortable. I would not choose this hotel again.

We had stocked rooms with cushions and a large screen TV, as example and the staff were caring. The location in a comfortable area was particularly good. It was at a medium distance from Five Guys, serving fast food.

The room was tastefully decorated and brand-new with private bathroom. The location was best possible, for example, Albany Mall was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

I recommend if you are looking for good service. The hotel is bright and gorgeous and has a modern design. Fashionable rooms complete with cushions and sofa, for instance, caring stuff. It has good location in Albany short walk to the local mall, several stores and restaurants, historic downtown, and 'local' eating establishments. Moreover, getting to the lake on foot takes 35 minutes.

The bathroom in our beautifully decorated and stocked room was large. The staff was professional, the service was excellent, they shared some useful information. The location was wonderful, just a short stroll away from Albany Mall. Plus, it was near to different eateries and the mall and all the restaurants.
